EXECUTIVE SALES OFFICER AGREEMENT
1. The Executive Sales Officer‘s job is to scout for willing retail shops, retailers, wholesalers and sales representatives.
2. The Executive Sales Officer shall present adequate personal particulars and provide 1 Guarantor and any other necessary documents as may be deemed necessary by the Manager.
3. The Executive Sales Officer shall have a salary of N5, 000. 00 (five thousand naira) and would also have commission based on how much business he or she brings in.
4. The Executive Sales Officer shall get the bonus sum of N2, 000. 00 (two thousand naira) for any retail shops, retailers, wholesalers he or she is able to recruit.
5. The Executive Sales Officer shall also get a bonus sum of N 1, 000. 00 (one thousand naira) for any sales representative he or she is able to recruit.
6. The Executive Sales Officer is to receive a commission of 5% on merchandise bought by retail shops, retailers and wholesalers.
7. The Executive Sales Officer shall also get stipends for transportation as deemed appropriate by the Manager.
8. All salaries, commissions and bonuses are to be calculated and paid at the end of each month.
9. The Manager reserves the right to alter the terms of this agreement without prior notice to the Executive Sales Officer.

SALES REPRESENTATIVE AGREEMENT
1. Signing on is FREE!!!!!
2. For every INITIAL purchase by any sales representative, they get a bonus of N3, 000 worth of goods.
3. Sales representatives are to buy goods with a minimum of N10, 000.00 and can purchase goods in multiples of 5, 000.
4. The Sales representative has a right to choose from the merchandise which goods to purchase but the Manager reserves the right to choose which goods are to be given as bonus.
5. After the 1st ten (10) purchases or sale of goods worth N200, 000, the sales representative gets a bonus of N10, 000 worth of goods.
6. The Sales representatives are to pay the purchase price into GTB ACCOUNT NO. 219-825-674-51590 with account name NWABUEZE NGOZI and come with their teller and a photocopy of same to collect goods.
7. The Manager reserves the right to reward high performers as the need arises.
