EXECUTIVE SALES OFFICER AGREEMENT

1.   The Executive Sales Officer‘s job is to scout for willing retail shops, retailers, wholesalers and sales representatives.

2.  The Executive Sales Officer shall present adequate personal particulars and provide 1 Guarantor and any other necessary documents as may be deemed necessary by the Manager.

3.   The Executive Sales Officer shall have a salary of N5, 000. 00 (five thousand naira) and would also have commission based on how much business he or she brings in.

4.  The Executive Sales Officer shall get the bonus sum of N2, 000. 00 (two thousand naira) for any retail shops, retailers, wholesalers he or she is able to recruit.

5.   The Executive Sales Officer shall also get a bonus sum of N 1, 000. 00 (one thousand naira) for any sales representative he or she is able to recruit.

6.  The Executive Sales Officer is to receive a commission of 5% on merchandise bought by retail shops, retailers and wholesalers.

7.   The Executive Sales Officer shall also get stipends for transportation as deemed appropriate by the Manager.

8.  All salaries, commissions and bonuses are to be calculated and paid at the end of each month.

9.   The Manager reserves the right to alter the terms of this agreement without prior notice to the Executive Sales Officer.
